Room Rental Fees:

Main Dining room options (Seats up to 130 guests):

                                                          1.         Cocktail party with Appetizer trays and bar service:

                                                          Room fee of $150.00 & Guarantee of $400.00 in food sales.

                                                          2.         Full meal service (either sit down or buffet service)

                                                          Room fee of $150.00 & Guarantee of $400.00 in food sales.

                                                                      3.         No foodservice from CCC

                                                                                  Room charge of $550.00 (includes table linen)

Vista room only options (Seats up to 70 guests):

                                                          1.         Cocktail party with Appetizer trays and bar service:

                                                          No room fee but a guarantee of $200.00 in food sales.

                                                          2.         Full meal service (either sit down or buffet service)

                                                          No room fee but a guarantee of $200.00 in food sales.

                                                          3.         No foodservice from CCC

                                                          Room fee of $100.00 (includes table linen)

Portable Bar Service:

            The clubhouse bar is for member use only.

            Private bars are required if cocktail service is desired and your group is larger

than 49 people.

Portable bar requires a $150.00 minimum in bar sales.

(If minimum is not met, the remainder will be a room charge)
